Franklin N. Tessler, M.D., C.M.Vice Chair for Radiology Informatics, Chief, Abdominal Imaging Dr. Tessler came to UAB in August 2002 to become Chief of Body Imaging. He has authored or co-authored more than fifty articles in the radiology literature, in addition to several book chapters and one book. Dr. Tessler's clinical focus is on ultrasound and CT, and he is particularly interested in researching ways to minimize error rates in imaging. In addition to his skills as a radiologist, Dr. Tessler has been writing about Macintosh computers since 1985. |
