Desiree E. Morgan, M.D.Vice Chair for Clinical Research, Chief, Body MRI Section Dr. Morgan is the Chief of Body MRI. Her subspecialty interests lie in gastrointestinal radiology and imaging of the pancreas. She often shows teaching file cases to residents in-between daily cases. She is a past recipient of the Outstanding Faculty Lecturer awarded by medical students on the Radiology Elective, and the Distinguished Faculty Award given by the residents in Radiology. She is instrumental in the development of new MR imaging techniques, including physiologic MR evaluation of the pancreas. Dr. Morgan is a member of the Society of Gastrointestinal Radiology and the Society of Genitourinary Radiology, as well as an examiner in GI for the American Board of Radiology. |
